How long would it take to receive an interview scheduled ?

H4 EAD denial due to I-539 withdrawal
Hello,
I had submitted my H4 extension and H4 EAD in June end however we travelled out of US in Sept for a month. Upon return we sent 2 separate letters to USCIS - to withdraw I-539 and process I-765 using new I-94 record. Now USCIS sent I-539 withdrawal acknowledgment receipt but sent Denial notice for I-765 due to H4 withdrawal. Any advice what should be our next step? Whether to send Motion to Reopen case or send a fresh application for H4 EAD.

My interview is coming up and I haven’t received no EAD no SSN so due to that my husband and I were not able to get joint Assets example no health insurance car no joint taxes etc. we live with his parents so we don’t have a lease we only have tons of Photos A bank account and a gym membership we have been married for two years and for months now is photos and a bank account and a gym membership enough Thanks
Does the E request help, my case has been pending for a very long time? 2 and half married and still case on rewiew. No approve I -130, no approve I-485!
we did first E Request by phone on September ( my case was already outside normal processing time) but really no body give us response back! we did it online, will hope something to hear within one month. I don’t now what’s going on.

I765 Renewal
I filed my I-765 petition for renewal with 410$ money order for the filing fees, after two weeks, the USCIS has returned my application with a notice saying ( The application has been returned because the payment amount is incorrect, or has not been provided?! that’s really confusing. I don’t know what to do, I’m really confused, although the filing fees are correct ?
Why the differences?
Some people are getting approval in as little as 20 days. it was my dream to travel with my spouse but now I have to travel alone. why can’t the system be consistent? sigh!
