hello juste had an interview few days ago and case I-130 was approved but I-485 the officer said need more time to review because of a paraphernalia case that she wanted me to admits at thé interview but my lawyer said no I shouldn’t because she’s trying to make me ineligible for approval any idea ? thank you

My fiance recently has received the below response from USCIS for his second outside normal processing time inquiry.
'Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 60 days.'
Has anyone received a similar response? It has been almost 300 days since USCIS received our I-129F form. We hope it is not going to take 60 days but we are worried we might have to wait for another month or so...😭 FYI, I'm the beneficiary from Japan.

Hi All,
We are expecting our RFE for medicals shortly and want to try to get ahead of it.
What are the requirements for children and COVID vaccinations? I saw they had requested (from memory) 12+ had to be vaccinated but I cannot remember or know if it has been fully implemented?

Guys so I am about to apply for VAWA as I am done living in fear and whims of my US spouse and I am tired of feeling helpless and worthless. I currently have an EAD from the i130, i485 filed initially. I wanted to know if this EAD which is supposed to expire in 2 years will be void and I will have to apply for another EAD under the VAWA petition? Also since it last also a combo card can I still travel after I file the VAWA?

I have received a receipt notice from Lee’s summit Missouri but my case says in lawfully is processing in California service center, I’m not which one is correct.

I apply to remove two years conditional on my greeen card some moths ago. And after that immigration sent me 18month extension. to my greatest surprise, yesterday they sent me another extension of two years. please can some one explain to me better what is going on. Thanks.

My case is STEM extension EAD the service center handling this case is Potomac..two weeks back I came to know background security check pending...do you guys know is it centralized to potomac or is there a different service center so that I can look st theirs processing timeline...its been 200th day today no patience left..lost one job and on the verge of losing second offer
