Any EB1C concurrent filers(India)from April 2021.
My biometric done in September 2021 but no approval on EAD and no updates on I-140. Does anyone get their cases moved.My case is with Texas service Center.

Hi Vijay, my EB1C concurrent filing is from May 2021 with Texas service center. Biometrics done in September, still waiting for further progress.

does EAD approval depend on I-140 processing?

no its independent. my colleague did not get his EAD or AP but directly his GC (oct 2020 filer). some got EAD before 140 approval. there is no dependency between 140 and 765 applications.

my eb1c 140 is still pending PD : Jan 2021. but early dec2021 I got my EAD combo. it's in Nebraska. still waiting... not sure when rest of progress will happen.

EB1C TSC, PD Dec 2020, still waiting on I140. Received combo card during Oct 2021.

hi all, I did a concurrent filing in eb1 category. biometrics was done as well. however, the USCIS status shows biometrics completed only for 765 and 485. my i131 status still shows as Received. when I reached out to USCIS they said as long as it is updated for i765, they need not update for i131. wanted to check if this is indeed the case for the concurrent filing cases. could you share any inputs?
