Hey, 11/2020 filers! what’s your current status?
Anyone who filed their 485 (EB3) based on employment in 11/2020 got any updates?
my case is still at the NBC center.. i got my fingerprints done in April, 2021. since then, no movement at all.
As I look up my case number on the case tracker,, people around my case number got at least rfe, intervew notice, and even 485 approval notice.

Hi friends,
Can anyone guide me on the expected time that USCIS takes to send the interview notice after the online status changes to “Interview is scheduled “?
My online status changed to interview is scheduled and a statement there that we will send an interview notice on 9-September. I have not received interview notice so far so don’t know what all is there in the interview notice (I mean if there are any specific documents that the USCIS wants in addition to getting the documents that were mentioned while filing I-485).
Any guidance would be appreciated.

my husbands work permit was approved this morning. it’s only his work permit. his permit to travel still says case received
in everyone’s experience did they receive their “combo” card with only the work permit showing approved or will we only be getting the one?

Correct a typographical error
my lawyer said that she sent a wrong name to USCIS. and she tried to correct and sent it again. The office answer back in july,2018 they said they will correct it. Until now I didn't get the answer back from my lawyer Gie Kim from the Potomac Immigration Group from Arlington,VA. Can I know how long for my case because I have already waited the office to answer back since july,2018 until now is already 3 years. Could anyone let me know how long I have to wait for......??? anyone submitted their medical rfe over 6 months ago but havent gotton an approval yet for employment based card?
medical submitted to rfe in March 2021. no update since then. i am now seeing all cases filed after me getting approved though. anyone in the same situation? service requests are useless by the way. i dont even bother anymore.
