EAD expedite declined
I did Emma chat last friday (12/17/2021) saying I want to submit an expedite request for my I765. Yesterday (12/20/2021) I received an email saying I should submit supporting documents to the service center (Texas Service Center) within 48 hours. I sent my docs via email this morning (12/21/2021) and 2 hours later, I received an email that my expedite request was declined. I am not even sure if somebody took a look at my docs due to the short turnaround. My reason was financial loss since I lost my job.

IR-5 filled online on May 01 2021, I never received my I 797C receipt . Finally on Dec 16,2021 the status changed “To Being Actively Reviewed” does anyone now how long does it take for an approval or what’s next ?

DIRECT CONTACT TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT USCIS
Good morning everyone. can I get a direct contact to talk to someone at USCIS other than the operator? when ever I ask to talk to a live agent the operator tells me if I insist it will be forced to hang up. the last time I called the USCIS number that I got to talk to a live agent was over a year ago. the most heartbreaking thing is there has not been any update on the USCIS page since January 6 2020. even thou have gone for 2 interviews. my last interview was this year January. almost 4 months ago my husband’s I-130 was approved and I haven’t heard anything from them since.

waiting time for biometric
I posted My i750 form On 27th November, 2021, they received on 29th november, 2021 . Posted me i797 notice on 2nd December, 2021 with 24 months extension. That was pretty quick beyond my expectations. Now im waiting for letter for biometric schedule. Im planning to travel abroad in February 2022 for a month but i dont want they set a biometric date while im in abroad! Anyone have any idea After getting i797 notice how long it take to receive biometric letter?

ead expedite
I requested ead expedite thru my lawyer about 2 months ago. never heard back from uscis. I called uscis 2 weeks ago and placed another request. the rep said I would receive an e-mail but haven’t received anything. how long usually does it take for them to send the email for evidence request?
