what service center is ur case at? after 2 years aren’t you eligible for inquiry and expedite?

James every service center has a processing time so for example mine is 10-16 for l751 applications. Any application over 16 months is eligible for a case expiry and possible expedite so it’s very important to look at the first 3 letters of your case # and figure out the service. Also, if you are you still married you and have been a green card holder for 2 years, 9 months you can apply for your citizenship with your 751 pending. The citizenship application also triggers ur 751. There is absolutely 0 reason for you to lose your job right now and ur lawyer is either inadequate or simply lazy
