EAD expedite declined
I did Emma chat last friday (12/17/2021) saying I want to submit an expedite request for my I765. Yesterday (12/20/2021) I received an email saying I should submit supporting documents to the service center (Texas Service Center) within 48 hours. I sent my docs via email this morning (12/21/2021) and 2 hours later, I received an email that my expedite request was declined. I am not even sure if somebody took a look at my docs due to the short turnaround. My reason was financial loss since I lost my job.

I think you have to make strong case for expedited process. Try via Congressperson with supporting documents. sometimes it works.

they look but is not granted a expedite approval

they sometimes do mistake cause similar thing happened to my spouse or wife ,after submitting all documents and Even prove of evidence and they later sent a biometric but the application support office was closed due to the first locked down and they later they asked again fior the sane prove of evidence which I declined to send because it's was the same thing .months later ,I received a notice asking my wife to do a biometric which she did and up till this time we are waiting ,least I forgot ,she dud her interview way back 2019 and nothing up till this time

I submittedI- 130 ,approved and went for interview ,submitted biometric and later change of Status ,still no response and status is still the same for almost a year
