I'm losing hope it's freaking long
it's almost 8.5 months, we made an inquiry, in two weeks after that got an answer,sorry for the delay, and no useful information about the case, is it in process or what? from the moment they got it and till now it shows that they got it and that's it,it's so frustrating ,this hell will end of not? I can't deal with this anymore 😭😣

i130 petition - visa for kids
My wife is a US citizen who is currently in US and I am living abroad with our 2 kids (7 and 3 years old). At this time, she has filed an I130 petition only for me. Will USCIS allow to apply for a visa for my kids along with myself once my i130 petition is approved. Please share your experiences if anyone has been in similar situations

Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything.

expedite request denied
I am registered nurse. My EAD expedite request was denied by vermont even if I present a job offer letter and evidence of hardship, I guess my evidence of financial hardship was not severe enough to get approved. I just saw the news earlier and heard that the government has to diploy the military to many hospitals because of staff shortage, there is a serious shortage of nurse in the country but the vermont office is denying EAD expedite request from nurses. Guess I will have to contact my senator and NBC news
work permit after fingerprints
hello I did my fingerprints on August 20 and I haven’t received anything update after that when I go check my status of application online it says pending for interview.. should I receive something in between this waiting time for example the work permit?? and how long after the fingerprints should I receive it?! i just want to know if I’m still in the normal waiting time or if I should contact my lawyer …thanks !!

anyone had any experience sue the Uscis and what kind of results did they get. I have been waiting for 25 months on my I130 for my wife .us citizen Nebraska service center. my lawyer told me it is illegal to keep applications thaa t long without decision.

Hello friends,
May be anyone was at the same situation. I have submitted my medicals interfile on September 27 2021, without waiting for RFE. And USCIS issued RFE very next day on September 28. My atterney responded for that RFE on October 23 stating that medicals has been submitted earlier.
My status changed to RFE response received on October 27 and changed again for ‘ we have update your name for your form i-485’ on October 28.
I don’t have any updates since October 28.
Any ideas when and what to expect next?

The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) does not allow derivative status to family members of immediate relatives. IR1, CR1, CR2, IR2, and IR5 classifications are immediate relative visa categories. I am getting tired of the process. they haven’t answered or even looked into my file and am 8 months pregnant with twins and nobody to help when I deliver or even take me to the hospital am so tired and confused. I can’t travel no more I would have done that and gave birth in my husband country. frustrated I need help please. I also submitted a K3 as well
