expedite request denied
I am registered nurse. My EAD expedite request was denied by vermont even if I present a job offer letter and evidence of hardship, I guess my evidence of financial hardship was not severe enough to get approved. I just saw the news earlier and heard that the government has to diploy the military to many hospitals because of staff shortage, there is a serious shortage of nurse in the country but the vermont office is denying EAD expedite request from nurses. Guess I will have to contact my senator and NBC news

Don't waste your time trying to expedite by the website. Get your senator involved your EAD will be approve very quickly.

Yes..I did expedite my EAD via corgressman and got approved. you have to send supporting documents.
