work permit after fingerprints
hello I did my fingerprints on August 20 and I haven’t received anything update after that when I go check my status of application online it says pending for interview.. should I receive something in between this waiting time for example the work permit?? and how long after the fingerprints should I receive it?! i just want to know if I’m still in the normal waiting time or if I should contact my lawyer …thanks !!

@luisa mantilla Usually it's 7-9 months after your priority date but it depends of your office field. I did my biometrics on August 9 and I'm also waiting for updates... I have seen a lot of people getting approved in 200-220 days.

hi! thanks for the reply… have you received any update about the work permit?? how long does it take for it to arrive or to get approved after the fingerprints I mean the form I-765 which is the application for work authorization?? … thanks!!

Not yet. They received my documents on june 22, I did my fingerprints on August 9 and currently waiting to schedule an interview. Hope I can get my work permit and travel permission in January or February at least.

same her pd June 17 bio August 20 2 expedited request multiple follow up and absolutely nothing yet
