any one have took the case to court for delays on processing.
anyone had any experience sue the Uscis and what kind of results did they get. I have been waiting for 25 months on my I130 for my wife .us citizen Nebraska service center. my lawyer told me it is illegal to keep applications thaa t long without decision.

Nothing, you can do i have mine over year now without decision and if you ask they will tell you it’s still under processing!!
