IR-5 filled online on May 01 2021, I never received my I 797C receipt . Finally on Dec 16,2021 the status changed “To Being Actively Reviewed” does anyone now how long does it take for an approval or what’s next ?

the receipt notice should be on your uscis account under the document section

cause I called Uscis and uses emma and told me that my case is being processed there . I even got a mail from them stating that the case is being processe there

we got same case,same service center as well but different filing date!

I submitted my I-130 April 30 and change my status to actively reviewed on December 14, I’m still waiting for approval.
