we did first E Request by phone on September ( my case was already outside normal processing time) but really no body give us response back! we did it online, will hope something to hear within one month. I don’t now what’s going on.

They’re not 100% convinced about certain details in your marriage , usually they delay to investigate or get a clearer picture of whatever doubt they have about your case…

did you completed the interview? if yes what’s your field office?

it’s hard to tell, sometimes the office is just backed up with some many cases. sometimes your case is complicated and needs further review and supervisor approval., sometimes they are doing an investigation, it’s just difficult to tell… I’ve seen someone that had her case pending for 10 months and got approved. in your particular case what I would do is do a congressional inquiry- contact your local representative. (can be done online) if that doesn’t work you might have to sue them, 10 months is too much. initially they had 120 days to decide your case but that’s due long time.

A N.. iF u have a valid work authorization and advance parole keep exercising patience. You wouldn’t need to pressure USCIS because work authorization and advance parole will do pretty much for you. Just chill and enjoy the ride with them…

@an Richard is right. that’s too much time to wait for a decision. you can threaten to sue and with a week you will hear from them

@i emi get a lawyer and sue them. they might either call you for second interview or approve your case. all the best guys. I’m 27 days after interview and no decision. after 120days if no feedback I’m gonna let my lawyers threaten to sue. I hope it doesn’t get to that tho🙏🏻
