lawfullys prediction
trying to get an idea of everyone predictions, whether their accurate or not. I filed i130 October 29 of this year. since then my predictions have change like maybe 2 times. This recent one has change to processing time prediction October to February most likely. which I think is odd because I am in the California service center which i heard takes forever. has anyone's predictions been accurate?

Hi there- I'm noticing this is a frequent question on here. The predictions are based on statistics and algorithm. It bears no relation to USCIS's actual time line. Basically it's just an intelligent guess from the computer as to when you could hear back. Don't rely on that because USCIS is at an unprecedented slow pace due to the pandemic.

They keep adding new data and re-run the prediction. That's why it's not a fixed date but keeps evolving to reflect effect of most recent data.
