Yes. I had my bio appointment a month ago, no change in case status, it is still showing “case was received”.

I called USCIS and they said my case is ready to be schedule for interview from last Friday and it's a week, no status change and they said they can't fix it.

yup my case has never updated online from ‘case received’ for 10 months but I get the correspondence. I had gotten my bio done and applied, 18 and 24 month extensions etc. Apprently it happens 30% of the time.

I kept getting mail from uscis 1) I sent my 751 package Feb 19, 2021 2)got a receipt notice like 9 months ago in March 2021 and 18 month extension for 751 3) got a bio reuse letter end of March 2021 At this point I knew progress was being made but my status online still says ‘case received’ so May 2021 I called and asked what was happening. Turns out my bio was already applied April 6, 2021 so great. I explained to the USCIS officer that my home was new build and sometimes we don’t get our reg post man so if they send me something and it got lost…. I would never know because my online status never updates! lol I was told to call back every month or 2 just to make sure nothing was missed and they made a note on my account. about 6 weeks ago I got my 24 month extension but my status 10 months later still says ‘case received’. I called a few weeks ago and I’m expecting everything to be done in the next month or so but nothing online has ever updated.

@ waiting patiently like you said in other post I am hopefully that I'll get my interview letter next week because they updated N400 on Friday and it will be a combine interview and I also hope that ceremony will be done on same day.

oh yes, had interview almost 2months ago. no update at all
