I guess Vermont Center is not approving anybody case at this time.... What is going on... Still waiting...

i130 already being actively reviewing but can I request to switch to consular processing?

I am a US citizen currently living in Kyiv with my husband. I submitted the i130 online back in June and the status recently changed to being actively reviewed. I read that consular processing can be requested on the grounds of a US job offer for the US citizen. Would I be able to request this from the embassy here with proof of a job offer wanting me to start in 3-4 months?

Can anyone help?

I just received a text from lawfully that “my I-765 & I-131 has been closed because the benefit has been received through other means.” My 485 still shows bio taken. Why would they close my EAD/AP application? Has anyone experienced this before?

seems like USCIS stoped working on F2A outside US. Havenot seen no approval in months for F2A outside US.
