missed biometrics appointment (n-400)
I had recently moved and changed my address with immigration and the post office, but somehow my biometrics notice was sent to the old address and I only realized after I missed the appt.
I tried calling USCIS customer service, and the automated message said they automatically reschedule it. I’ve been waiting and it has been 2+ months. Anybody going through something similar? I have no idea what to do but wait.

Timeframe between Combo card & Green card
Hi all, I’ve submitted I-131, I-765 & I-485 together (with medicals). I’m EB-2 RoW / center Nebraska. I-140 has been approved in March. bio done in July.
I received my combo card last week (9 months in total). No RFE so far. Do you know how long it takes to receive the GC? My attorney said 2-3 more months but looking for more data points. Thanks!
may I get Government insurance?
I am married to US citizen we don’t have joint sponsorship
I was working for pharmaceutical company now I lost my job because of my arm injury. my income was supporting my case like I am self sponsored.
can I apply for government insurance and food stamps? you think having government insurance and food stamps will make us in trouble?

How long to have a tier 1 service request assigned for processing?
I responded to a medical RFE for I-485 >60 days ago and have not heard back and so filed a tier 1 service request. This has not yet been assigned to an officer for processing and so I wanted to check in with the community to ask if you knew how long this would take?
Thanks!

i693 medical
Hello everyone,
My case is being filled in National Benefit Center and my field office is San Francisco field office. I received a letter from USCIS stating they need my medical. This was not an RFE but had a due date of 84 days for the submission of medical which I replied them and was delivered on sept 14, 2021. The letter that I received was dated Aug 17, 2021.
My concern is I have been talking with agents and they told me that they are not able to track my medical because it was not an RFE but I did a priority mail and was delivered and signed by USCIS. So, they told me my officer has not updated anything regarding my case and wait for in total of 84 days.
Secondly, my receipt date says they received the documents on Oct 30, 2020 but the fingerprints fee was adjusted on Jan 27, 2021. So they will work with my case with the the date they have in their system which is January 27, 2021.
Do anybody have a similar situation as mine.
How is the timeline of San Francisco field office.

ask questions
Any one get I-485 approved in NSC??
or anyone get I-485 approved in early Jan Feb and March go EB case??
I know USCIS examinate case by case, and I don’t know how they separate case to different departments!
But, I feel only people who doesn’t get approved would be here and people who have already approved would just leave and release without letiting us know!
Today is November 1, USCIS has 290 thousand or 229thousand green card can be used, and one month past.
There is only 11 months for 2022 fiscal year, but I feel like I lose track!
I believe there are people who get green card and they filed befor April or March, and just leave here lol.
Maybe it make this look like, USCIS still processes 2020 Oct. Several months past and still 2020 Oct…….!
I admitted that I am not a patient person, but whenever I check here or tracking, it looks like NSC or TSC is frozen by months without movement for EB cases.
Wish I could see the track and trend, what other people think?
