Jumping Ship i-360 to H1B
Would you wait some 22-28.5 months- after waiting two years to get to this stage- for an i-360 approval (already 8 months in) and later, 11-24 months for an i-485 approval doing a job you don't enjoy; or jump ship to an H1b doing something you could enjoy and begin the whole permanent residency process afresh.
Tough decision for me.
Business termination after 180 days of I/140/485 pending and after porting
it seems like a business termination cancels the i140 if it was not approved for at least 180 days before. But It seems also that if the i485 was filed concurrently and pending for 180 days then everything will keep processing. Am I correct ?
EAD Expedite
All those who requested to expedite their I-765 EAD based of I-485, can you share when you expedited, how you did it, when did you get an approval? I know its case by case , but just trying to share this info with everyone
so I expedited on the 28th Dec directly by talking to a USCiS agent (Didnt hear anything on this , was told no officer was assigned to it due to backlog) . I then asked my congresswoman to expedite , they expedited on the 21st (I reached out to them today to see if there is an update, they said they dont, will need to wait, USCIS responds to them within 30 buisness days.
I did my 2nd expedite yesterday (the agent asked me if I wanted to do a new expedite request) I got an email asking me to fax supporting doc as evidence. I faxed the docs around early afternoon. Seeing few people here and there who sent the supporting docs /expedited , got an approval the next day. I hope its the same for me / everyone
Case in review
I had my interview today at the Dallas office. We thought the interview went well, but the officer said the case had to go for review and it could take 3weeks. my case status online has not changed and still says interview was scheduled. Anyone else experience similar ?What can i expect next, how long can i expect a final decision? TIA

•They received my case: 10/25/2021;
•Biometric 11/25/2021 in Arkansas;
•I entered with J1 visa, and got married with an citizen;
•My case office is the one in Kansas City, I live in Joplin Missouri, haven’t seen any cases, and
until now, 01/27/2022 nothing besides “is being actively reviewed”.

Pending I-485 and EAD renewal based on family
I have filled I485 back in february 2020 and it’s still pending.
Sent an EAD ( I765) renewal on 01June2021 and it’s pending as well
My ead is expiring in 18 days and still havent recived anything.
Anyone has filled during the same time. If so could you please share your experience?
