I spoke to one today and he told me that I me that too

He said I don’t must get a interview and I may get one..But my case is still with them they don’t sent it out to the field office as yet

same. one said mine is at the NBC but another agent said its a my field office so idk but both of them said my case as eligible for a waiver but it's up to the officer who has my case

yes I got my greencard in May. 1 week after 8 submit my evidence

I was told my case is eligible for interview waiver since January, and the officer in charge has to make the final decision, till now I have not heard anything from USCIS. my case had been on case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since last year too. I am just really tired. also , where is your field office and what state did you file? Thanks for the response.
