I had a similar outcome, it's been a week. my officer Said my case was pending some background checks. A I-130 got approved the day after the interview. Hopefully your case process goes fast. Best of luck!

give them a month. you will see something in less than 30 days. i had similar experience and got approved after 20 days

mine was same as well, they said they need to review. San Francisco Field Office. EB3.

From previous comments I've read on other posts. 130 getting approved after interview is usually a good sign.

I had my interview in Dallas on July 2021 and no update yet. Case still says “interview was scheduled”

It’s waaaaay past your 120 days

Did they tell you they only have 120 days to get back to you . I would definitely check into that ., in my case it’s only been 5 days 😩 so I can’t really do anything until they make a decision .

Morning people woke up to wonderful news ! New card being produced! although my i130 is still saying case received. Im so relieved, the note i had received at the interview mentioned not calling and allowing 120 days but in the interview the officer had said three weeks. All the best to everyone still waiting .

@Aseret Alvarado so I did call and told them about the 120 days but they said that it only applies for when adjusting for citizenship. My PD is 03/2021 and had my interview 07/2021 so they said it’s still under normal processing times.

@Genesis did you get a receipt/a paper after interview? At the bottom of that paper it says about 120 days. It doesn’t matter what PD is once you are interviewed government owe you decision or explaination on what is going on. you reserve right to sue them if you don’t get responses. all the best!

I just called my attorney and she told me that’s not accurate we only have to wait 120 days for a response .

If not it’s time to sue .

I’m barely on a 5 day wait but if they give me a hard time I am suing at 120 days .

@Genesis M ! Absolutely they are lying to you because at the end of the interview everyone is told 120 days for a response , wether it’s a denial , and approval , a second interview , but they need to get back to you .

May i ask what your Field Office is ? Mines is Dallas Tx , My interview was in campus circle Dr in Irving .
