i-129 - L1 visa Texas centre processing time
Hi, has anyone recently had their i129 petition being aporoved. My extension was filed in early May and it’s approaching 6 months. i was wondering if there’s anywhere to find details on what month the centre is processing.
my work authorisation of 240 is met on 6th Jan 2022 and with the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas, it doesn’t sound too promising to get a resilt back in time.

Combo Approval after expedite!
Everyone's case is different but happy to share my experience and answer any questions you guys have. Actually had a conversation with a live agent on Sep 23 to expedite my EAD. I get an email on Oct 28 requesting evidence that meets one or more of the expedite criteria. Sent fax on Nov 2nd and today “Card Is Being Produced”. Recommend to expedite the work permit, if your current EAD has less than a month to expire and for the genuine reason for e.g work-related (I am a Fed Contractor). Assume this is another reason too. Hope I will receive it soon!

is medical exam required for I-765 EAD card approval when I-765 is filed along with I-485 form concurrently?
I have filed I-765 for employment authorization along with I-485 concurrently. so I have done biometrics recently and I am waiting for further updates. I have not filed I-693 medical exam form while filing EAD with I-485 concurrently. would that create delay for EAD approval when USCIS send for RFE?

we had filed fiancé petition ans got no where and finally got married and filed marriage period. been waiting for almost 3 years between both petitions. Now my husband and sons can finally come home. It’s been one hell of a journey.
