they do this because they get bombarded with outside normal processing time inquiries

wow I’m beyond frustrated. words can’t describe how angry I am at them. why are they not moving cases to other uscis centers to offload California why not hire more employees to work on cases. this is unacceptable!!!

exactly like why did they close down a processing center for K1

if they work good they wouldn't have so much inquiries it's rediculious to wait to long

they used to process them in Vermont too, if u check the page now only California does K1 visas

I'm trying to be optimistic here. I believe the change in processing times is solely do to the fact that we are all sending inquiries about passing listed processing times. they said fuck it, just push the times to 12 months so people stop sening inquiries. the reason I'm saying this is that for the last three days on visa journey its clear that they started processing April fillers.

I still belive they are slow and incompetent but if they started approving April filler it meant they are ahead of their 12 months estimate
