Case Processing
I539(f2to f1)
my wife got RFE for her I 539 and USCIS mentioned that they sent to RFE today where they explain what we need to submit. now my concern is-
1. the USCIS mentioned if we do not receive RFE by November 17, then do e request from website. can I do e request before November 17?
2. what may be the possible documents they need?
thanks for your information.

anybody knows??
I just had a chat with live agent and ask for an update but he said I have to send a written query for that?? anybody any idea why so? I tried before a month before they said when they will schdule interview they will send a notice..and now they are saying that I have to submit a written inquiry for my case?
what are the decisions USCIS make after receiving a response of RFE? if they didn't ask for biometrics yet.
I'm concerned how long would take my case if they didn't ask for biometrics but they do for a RFE

Original Green Card extension needed while i-751 on progress
On December, 2020 after i filed i-751 i received my 18 month extension, with that extension i travelled overseas for about 2 months when i came back, in the airport i was informed by border officer that my extension is actually a copy, Not original. They told me to get a original one if i travel again. Now For New Year we wanna travel again, but i am thinking how to renew it. I asked my lawyer if he ever received the original one, he said no. I if anyone has the same experience or knows what to do, please share your opinion.

RFIE or RFE- Additional Evidence ??
Guys,
When they Request for Medicals is it usually RFIE (initial Evidence) or Additional Evidence ?
I received a notification for Additional Evidence. Can't wait to actually get it in hand.
But I received EAD last month. So if there was any other potential Query, wouldn't they have asked before ?
Any thoughts on the same ??
