Case Processing
What happens with my I-140
Hi folks,
I'm confused with my I-140 status changes.
I-140 status has been changed from RFE to "Document was mailed to you.". As far as I know my attorney did not get the RFE mail yet. What did the USCIS mail?
The similar situation happened previously: I-140 was charged to status "Document was mailed to you" and my attorney was not able to explain which document.
The lawfully app recognizes the status as Decision.
Does anyone know what all this means?

consular processing
Good day to you all. I have a pending marriage-based adjustment of status application. Of course, my initial priority was the work permit but now that I have a family function I am expected to attend back home late December, my priority has shifted to the travel permit. I applied for them separately based on my attorney’s advice (May be a bad decision but it is what it is). As time passes, I lose more hope that I could get my paper I-131 (online application) by mid December and it forces me to consider whether consular processing could be an option. is there any way to find out about processing times and delays at a consular level? I’d be doing it from the UK. obviously I would be losing all the money I spent on the application from the US but to make an informed decision about whether to go back to family or wait it out, it would help to know if wait times are ridiculous abroad…since it may not be toooo long til my permits are approved…and yet, it could be. it’s the not knowing that makes this process so difficult for so many. thank you in advance for any insight offered! good luck to you all 🙏🏼

employment termination
hello folks..
My 180 day opt extension is coming on 14 Nov and my STEM extension has not yet been approved.
I asked my employer if I can apply for unpaid leave..ti which they said no.
they told me on Nov 14
..they would terminate me from the company's system and provide a termination letter stating unable to verify employment status and hence termination.
guys will I have a negative impact if this in my career be it jobs or future green card?
what should I..let them terminate or voluntarily resign
visa approved!
Love to share our timeline and dont forget to watch my youtube video below especially those who are experiencing a very long wait on USCIS STAGE!
