I-140 approved but not sent to NVC. 80 days
i-140 approved 80 days ago but not yet sent to NVC. I emailed the NVC and the process still hasn't arrived from the USCIS. Anyone else in this situation?

Nebraska - EB3 consular from Brazil. What is happening that is not being sent to the NVC? Have you sent an email to NVC asking if your case is there? My process was approved on 11/11/2021.

EB3 unskilled. There have been recent approvals being sent to the NVC within 10 days. But mine and 3 more I know are stopped to this day. One of them is from sept 30.
