How long does it take for I765 (pending I485) to be processed?
I have been waiting for 6 months since my I765 and I485 applications received, but my I765 still doesn't have any status update yet. Has anyone recently also applied for I765 based on pending I485? and how long it took for you to receive a decision?
Can I file I-539 during I-765 processing?
What’s the implication of me filing an I-539 application (~6 months) after a previously filed and received I-756 case (the I-94 used for I-765 application now has less than 6 months validity)

RFE response outside of normal time in Nebraska
Hi Everyone, my employment-based GC process has been pending forever in the Nebraska Service Center with no EAD or Adv Parole yet for about a year. I received RFE for medical in Aug and responded quickly but the 60 days since they updated my I-485 to RFE response was received has passed and no updates. It’s extremely frustrating. Anyone from Nebraska has seen an update after their RFE response within the 60 days? Or later/ how late? Thanks

GC Interview Timeline
My biometrics was scheduled on 5th of October, and the case status was updated on the same day to show that fingerprints were taken. How long until the portal is updated to show ‘Interview is scheduled’? My service Center is Lee Summit (National Benefits Center). Just wanted a timeline so I could schedule my I693 Medical exam. Houston I485 Processing Time
Hi guys,
Curious what others thought of this - I’ve filed an EB2-1 I485 in Houston, and thought it was interesting looking at the Houston green card processing times shown on Greencardly: two separate peaks around 7 months and 17 months.
Is it that EB cases are processed more quickly? Why is there such a difference in processing times between cases at the Houston office?
