i filed si ce August of 2021 and I still have not received mine, I issued for an expediate request in January so rn I’m just waiting for a decision. it’s crazy how long this is taking.

waiting since june 17, sent expedite through emma chat and it was useless it's been 20 days but no update so sent request through senator office hope that changes something

@fola Femi I filed Ead since May 2021 as well . no update from vermont

try to see if you can speak to a live agent and ask to expediate your case

I'm waiting since March 15 2021. i haven't received my work permit yet

@Niko what was the reason for your expedite and was it requested directly to USCIS or through congressman?

filed March 3, 2021. Still no reply. two expedite requests denied. EB3 employment based GC, paid premium processing

@jc job loss need EAD to work. also hospital payments for father in law. also had travel card denied for expedite father in law in critical condition in hospital and wife needed to travel. congressman also submitted an expedite that was just denied as well.

they denied your congressman request for expedite?? did u submit doctor and hospital letter about the medical condition to the congressman?

I haven't heard people getting denied if it's going through congressman

they probably will they told me on the 0hone they are accepting less than 1% of all requests to expedite

I got denied by congressman as well

they returned communication saying that unless you work or have direct impact to national security (ie. DHS, Dept of defense) they won't expedite
