Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed
Does anyone know how long this takes? and what can be done to get a result? I have reached out to my congressman to reach out to them and he’s done that but yet to get a response from USCIS. Any further assistance will help. Thanks

Same here had an interview today and the officer told us will send respond within 120 days but doesnt mean that long … right after complition we are reviewing your case

Mine took 3 months and 2 weeks to get approved in Atlanta. the wait was nerve wrecking

Had the same issue .. I got rfe two months afterwards.. the IO requested for more bonafide documents in order to make a decision# marriage based# .. God being so good, my case has been approved

why you guys think they wanted review your cases for that long after the interview. I mean was there any red flags 🚩?

@MCC C .. my wife and I weren’t living together. I was in school. And the IO said she needs more evidence to make a decision.
