Did Bio on May 11th.
No news on Medical RFE yet ? Anyone in the same boat ??

i-129 denial then name was updated
I checked my case status online via USCIS logged in, and all within the space of an hour my case was updated 3 times with the following:
October 29, 2021 Name Was Updated
October 28, 2021 We updated your name for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.
October 28, 2021 We denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.
October 15, 2021 We received your response for Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.
I would presume my case has been denied, but this has not been recognized on the lawfully app (only showing “name was updated”) nor any other site. I am unable to view the earlier information beyond the last update.
Can anyone shed any light on my situation?
I am hopeful this not a denial..

What does that mean? I’ve been on this status for 31 days, the people that I’ve seen on here said that this means my case will get approved soon? Anyone else this is happening to? This is so frustrating and annoying
from asylee AOS to marriage AOS
I am an asylee who applied for AOS. Since green cards for asylees are taking forever, I agreed with my wife (USC) to submit an I130 and change my AOS application to a marriage-based one. My lawyer said that you cannot have two I-485 in the system so he will request a transfer of underlying basis from grant of asylum to marriage to US citizen. Anyone who experienced that? and if yes, what about processing time concerning the transfer? Thanks

Hi guys, back in July 2021 my i485 case reached a decision and a notice was mailed to me but unfortunately the post office wasn’t able to deliver and returned the notice to USCIS.
I recently found out and contacted USCIS.
Anyone here experienced such situation ?
What do you think would be happening next ?
How long would it take for them to get back to me ?
Could they be in a position to overturn a prior decision ?

How long does it take to get approved after sending the medical RFE response?
Dear immigrant friends,
My medical RFE response just reached USCIS Los Angeles County Field, obviously, there is no online update yet (it might take a few days)
My quick question is:
how long does it take to get approved after sending the medical RFE response?
The letter said to send my RFE response ASAP in order for them to make a final decision on my I-485, hinting that there won't be an interview. ( I hope so )
by the way - my case is at NBC ( local office Queens NY ) not sure why now they want my docs from Los Angeles County Office
