how does it let you know its within processing time i was always curious but never knew where to find that out like how can i check

go to the search bar when u first go to the USCIS website and type in ‘processing times’ click on the first one that comes up, enter ur form type and the office it’s at & it’ll generate it for u

I have had this happen, but come to realize after contacting them that the case has move location. I suggest calling and see if you get the same info as your info.

your case may have been moved to a different center. chat with Emma and ask for a live agent

Emma is no help at all. lol she just sends me to things I’ve already done

every time I call that number even during business hours, I can’t ever get a live person ugh!

@marcy, have you heard anything else about ur case yet?

ask Emma for a “live agent” and you should be able to chat with a person. he/she will ask you information about you case and they will tell you the current processing center

it was switched to Texas center.. ugh! that irks me. not getting any notifications or anything about it being switched.. my letter states it was received at the Nebraska service center. thanks guys for the help!
