September 2020 - I-130 Update
the latest update I’ve received from an agent through Emma was that my case was transferred to my local field office back in May 2021. this is after another agent telling me it was transferred to nebraska. so even after this transfer nothing else has happened to my case. have not had any success with service requests either. currently have an ombudsman and congressional request in the works. #stillwaiting
