filed 485/131/765 concurrently with an approved 140..
didn’t receive my combo card yet but received the medical RFE and retuned them 20 days ago.. looking for any thread of hope.
Anyone has an insight on how long it takes for them to respond to an RFE response?
Anyone from Feb received their combo card yet?
also, tried to file a request through congress, does anyone know if the original case status changes or if there is any way to track the request?

hello, we filed back in June & was received June 21st, 2021. my husband is NOT currently living in the US.
does the I-485 ONLY need to be filed if the individual is living inside the U.S.? or should it be filed even if the person is not inside the U.S.? as I know I’ve seen where others have filed both the I-130 & the I-485 concurrently.
also, now on the USCIS website on my account it has a notice with an exclamation point inside of a triangle that states, “you may not change your address while in this part of the adjudication process”. it’s never said that before & I was not intending on changing my address, but this notification wasn’t there a couple weeks ago. does this mean things are pushing along? or is it just sumthin USCIS has posted?

i485j before biometrics
hello all,
I have received the i485j notice on Friday 20 Jan, but our biometrics are not scheduled until Friday 4 Feb. Based on other posts this waiver notice can be positive news, but I can’t find any other timings where the notice was received before the biometrics. Am trying not to read too much into anything, but any feedback would be much appreciated, if you did receive the notice before BM and if there was any impact.

Interfile with Medicals
i received a medical RFE last week and was hoping to send the intefile request along with the medicals. current in EB2 as per Feb bulletin. But as per the latest USCIS update on sending intefile request to the new address, got me confused.
Would it harm if we attached the interfile along with medicals and sent it in addition to sending it to the new address too? or should it be ok just sending it to the processing center?
any inputs appreciated. thank you!
