any employment-based Feb 2021 filers at Nebraska CS?
filed 485/131/765 concurrently with an approved 140.. didn’t receive my combo card yet but received the medical RFE and retuned them 20 days ago.. looking for any thread of hope. Anyone has an insight on how long it takes for them to respond to an RFE response? Anyone from Feb received their combo card yet? also, tried to file a request through congress, does anyone know if the original case status changes or if there is any way to track the request?

ah, wow.. did you contact them? they state on the RFE that if you don’t receive a response within 60 days you can reach out to them…

No response from USCIS after submission of RFE. Its almost getting 7 weeks. Its all depends on case by case.
