I got interview one year ago almost as Cr1 applicant . and I was refused under the section 212 a 5 labor certification which make no sense. the Embassy sent back our petition to uscis. after waiting for 9 months which is nightmare, we got NOIR saying that the CO didn't believe that we have bona-fide marriage.
We sent our reply on 8 October addressing the raised concerns and we are still waiting uscis decision. how much time nebraska will took to give us decision ?.
hopefully it will be reaffirmation 😢. that's literally a nightmare and I don't wish anyone to go through it

Waiting approval i- 485 marriage base
Hello best community, my interview was at Newark uscis on 10/19/2021.The officer ask basic questions,and ask me if i had joint documents but she only took some pictures,she also ask some security questions at the end if i ever committed a crime?etc...and told us if she approved us we will get the green card in 2weeks but since then no news,and the app still shows interview was scheduled.Any comment will be appreciate!!!

Hello everyone.
I got my O1 renewal approval notice but because of Covid I wasn’t able to go to an American embassy to renew the visa stamp on my passport. I know I can work with the approval notice since I already had the visa, but now that I’m in the adjustment of status through marriage, I’m not sure if I can work before my EAD arrives. (I have SSN since my first O1)
My question is, do I wait for the EAD card or I am able to work?

Hello! I have a pending case on my I-485 form (adjustment of status). my case was received on April 14, had my biometrics on August 13 and I have been scheduled for an interview for December 2. however my EAD (work permit) is still pending. My case is being processed in National Benefits Center and my Field Office is NYC. Any april filers has gotten their EAD approved? or is in a similar situation? thanks!

will the interview be in person or by video meeting.
can someone tell me how they will have their interview in person or by video call ? seems that will be in person with the immigration agent but seems that my lawyer will be on the phone. it’s this similar to other cases ? or it’s this something USCIS it’s doing by not allowing lawyer to be in the meeting in person ?
