Any November 2021 filers? Marriage Based?
Hi guys,
I’ve been silently lurking around the forum for the past couple days and I’ve noticed I haven’t seen anyone who filed from November 2021. I was just wondering if anyone is out there who filed in November and what step you guys are all in right now. A little about me:
-I got married August 2021
-filed for I-130, I-765, I-485 in October 2021
-recieved by November 12, 2021/ NBC
- Did biometrics on December 15, 2021 in Los Angeles
-Latest update: Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS
Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application

Hello everybody. Can somebody help with me with information. I applied I-400 for my mother in law. She is 70 years old and and she had her 15 years green card anniversary December 20,2021 but we applied her I-400 in November. Does she allowed to do her texts in Spanish if we applied a month before her 15 years green card anniversary? thank you
EAD Combo card
Hi there everyone.
Reaching out to ask a couple of questions. if you expedite your EAD and it gets approved does the AP get approved shortly after as it’s issued as a combo card?
I applied for my I-131 and I-765 together and have applied for an expedite for my EAD and was wondering if my AP will come with it.
Does anyone have experience with expediting through their senator? I applied for an expedite almost two weeks ago through my senator and they’ve confirmed that it was submitted but have not heard anything from USCIS.
it is also not showing on my portal as an expedite request has been submitted. My PD is June 28th 2021 at NBC IOE number.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding Case transfer
At beginning for my i130 case processing center was California but now my case was in Texas..Does anyone know now from which service center my case will proceed??Does there any chances of shuffling the case again??How much time does it might take to approved my i130 petition??

Hi,
Did anyone receive EAD/AP who filed in July 2021 at TSC? Mine was concurrent filing(I-485, I-765, I-131) and awaiting on EAD/AP.
