EB1-C July 2021 TSC filers
Hi,
Did anyone receive EAD/AP who filed in July 2021 at TSC? Mine was concurrent filing(I-485, I-765, I-131) and awaiting on EAD/AP.
Biometrics completed on 05th Oct'21
Just wanted to keep this thread to share updates for folks filed their EB1-C in Jul'21

I filed during Jan 2021, EB1C and my case was transferred from NBC to TSC in March 2021. biometrics completes in Oct 21. EAD approved last week, still waiting for card. I-485 status updated to “name was updated” not sure what that means. it all depends on where your case is. if it is at NBC then you’ll can expect good news very soon since I see in trackitt they are approving straight EB2 and EB3 from Aug-Oct 21 filers.

they approve straight but the timeline still the same? i mean combo card in nebraska is approved from 10-13 months. gc will approve 10-20 months.

@tess b - has your status changed to show that fingerprints was taken? I have done fingerprints in early December but still not reflecting on my case.

it depends on each case. Family base first. Then EB-1. EB-2/3 in the end of the queue 🥺

so if you enter this websites, you'll see isn't a straight timeline. they are processing cases from before and after October. but the main chunk is October. they're almost in November!

we have lodged concurrently In October 2020 with Nebraska with no movement on I140 and I485 after Fingerprint in May 2021.

EB1C filed October 2020 concurrently Nebraska pending I140 and I485 BIO completed May 2021. no update since.
