Hi I responded to an RFE since August for my o1 visa renewal and it's going on almost 3 months and no response. They updated it online that they received it but things are still the same. Has anyone faced something similar? it was filed at the California service center.
I miss my husband 💔
My case has been in NBC since April 1, but on August 5 it was updated “case activily reviewed on uscis”. today I contacted a live agent, I found out that my case was transferred in the Potomac.
what does this mean to me?
will I wait even longer now?

hello familia i need your help. my husband left me and now he doesn’t wanna talk to me anymore. I live in Colombia and he in USA. I am trying to get the divorce with him since June but he doesn’t want. I’m desperate now, I loved him a lot, well I’m still loving him, but he is not acting correctly. he doesn’t want to give me the papers to get the divorce here in my country because we got married here and he doesn’t want neither to send a letter to uscis withdrawing our petition. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP or advice, I don’t know what to do. I’m stressed out.

Hi,
My I-130 was approved January 2021.
My PD for I-485 is March 11, 2021. I have recieved combo card (in June). And my case has been stuck on “Interview ready to be scheduled” since July 1st (117 days). My Field office is Queens, NY.
my question here is that I see people with PD March 22,2021 and April 2021 that filed in the same category and have the same FO - Queens, NY? does anyone of you know why people that filed after me are getting their interview scheduled?

Atlanta Interview: No status change 1 week later
I had my marriage based interview last week. Officer was concerned about a particular address I had after we got married and wanted more proof that we live together. He also wanted my medical sent because it wasn’t ready as of the date of the interview. He gave us an envelope after that. My lawyer has prepared a response and ready to send soon. Has anyone else received an envelope after their interview? I thought it was usually a mail for RFE. What are my chances now?

i need help ? how much time does the process take? is this a long process. ? i have read that some peoples aren’t taking long. how come some are ? the uscis sent a notification that my case is being reviewed. does anyone know how long it takes ? and let me know if I’m going to be waiting a while to bring my husband to the United States
