Lawfully predict the second quarter…

I filed during Jan 2021, EB1C and my case was transferred from NBC to TSC in March 2021. EAD approved last week, still waiting for card. I-485 status updated to “name was updated” not sure what that means. it all depends on where your case is. if it is at NBC then you’ll can expect good news very soon since I see in trackitt they are approving straight EB2 and EB3 from Aug-Oct 21 filers.

Hi guys I am still awaiting my i140 filed on dec 24 2020 in EB1 c SRC219 series for faster processing case moved to Texas any one received the approval recently. Received EAD/parole in Nov 21 ..485 (April 2021 )is pending probably because of I140.

no they haven’t updated my Biometrics and it’s the same status from May 2021. I checked with USCIS and they said the Biometric data is in the system and the officer hasn’t yet flipped the status and nothing to bother

we filed concurrently I131, I765, I140 and I485 concurrently on eb1c on 10/29/2020. I131 for RFE and denied as we travelled without AP. i765 approved 01/26/2022. Pending I140 and I485. Every required documentation including medicals provided when filed. Biometrics completed May 2021 after which nothing.

we used to live in Walnut Creek so our field office was Oakland CA however given that we are in Roseville so closest would be Sacramento CA.
