Receipt notice
H1b extension petition was submitted on 11/23. we have proof that mail was delivered to the Nebraska service center. lawyer states check was cashed on 11/26. it's been almost 2 months the lawyer/employer has not recieved the receipt notice. is this something that happens?

I think the only way is to pay for premium processing. The non premium processing doesn’t guarantee you a processing time frame

the laywer/ emoloyer have not recieved the fee receipt since we have filed. so we don't have the case number to update to premium . I was of the impression that fee receipts are usually sent out in 2 to 3 weeks after filing. but for us it's been almost 8 weeks now.
