Anyone Got Approved? I-751 & N-400 Filed, Still Waiting

Hi everyone, I applied for the I-751 in November 2023 and the N-400 in December 2024. Both cases have IOE case numbers, which are supposed to be processed faster, but I haven’t received any updates yet. Is anyone else in the same situation or has anyone been approved recently? #i751 #n400

Hello family, It has been 40 days since I submitted my application, and I have not yet received a receipt or any update. I would like to know if this delay is normal, and if so, how much longer it typically takes to receive the receipt.

Change of address

Did anyone change the address while I-485 is being actively reviewed? I’ll move to another state after 3 weeks and yesterday a live agent said that my I-485 is at the local field office. When should I submit the change of address to avoid having an interview (if USCIS schedules one) at the field office local to my old address?

apply for vawa on 2023 since then I got 3 PF. In 2024 I got biometrics photos and signature done for GC and EAD , Rfe on march 2025 my lawyer respond the same week she received the rfe and she sent the medicals too and the tracking number shows that someone received it the next day she sent it in LEE’S SUMMIT, MO It’s been 442 and I never got my EAD on this app and online only said my (CASE WAS TRANSFERRED AND A NEW OFFICE HAS JURISDICTION) for all the forms I360,I485 and I765

change of marital status

I applied for the I130 for my sister, it’s been 4 years waiting. she was single at the time but now is married. can I change her status if the case hasn’t been approved yet or will that delay the procedure ? what’s the best course of action ?

I will get my approval news this Friday, July 11th.

Is it normal for my status to change from “Requesting for Initial Evidence” to “Case is Being Actively Reviewed” after refreshing the page? I received two emails from USCIS at 11:22 AM and 11:29 AM. Does this mean I won't take any action for a Request for Evidence (RFE)?

Finally Greened! PD 02/15/2023 my spouse 01/23/23 RFE for my spouse was for medical Interviewed last year and submitted my medicals then. spouse was approved yesterday and I was today. All the Best Community
