@Qa khan Brother, I want to ask you one thing, I don't know if you have talked to your lawyer about this, will the case be approved directly within 60 days after filing the Mandamus or will they call you for an interview? If they call you for an interview, it is seen in many cases that even after the interview, USCIS delays in approving the case. @I H attorney said that USCIS will response within 60 days and the law suit will be not be dismissed until decision

@Qa khan Brother, I'm not talking about dismissing the case, I'm talking about what to do if USCIS interviews you within 60 days, and then they delay the decision? If they interview you instead of directly approving the case after filing a mandamus, how long will it take for the case to be approved? If there is a delay in approving, do you have to file a mandamus again for USCIS approval decision?

i know only one thing if we will wait and watch for green card , its gonna be another 5 year gone . i just took a. risk and chance . i know risky to file mandamus in this. era.

@I H the attorney said if they decided to interview you we will give them a time frame to adjudicate the case after interview, he said everything will be quick

@I H usually if you get interview that's a decision, so if pending after interview, you would have to wait 3-4 months, and then file new mandamus

$6K is pretty high, usually they charge $4.5K or as a good option you can do it as pro se, many times cheaper. Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" to learn more
