New Update After Months
Finally got this kind of update after months, and it’s new to me. Has anyone else seen the same update? When you called, what info did the they give you? did it speed up your process? Just curious my vawa was applied back in August 2021, so hopefully it’s getting close to the end. can’t get my screenshot attached : On 07/09/2025, you or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. If there is an attorney of record or representative, you must submit a properly completed Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative (Form G-28). if you or your lawyer called then the system will generate a automated email about it. some time its very slow. I sow mine after 2 months

How called USCIS ? lawyer or it it you? they don’t normally respond to our call because VAWA case details are sensitive so no help will be given. I wanted call them but lot of people told me that there is no use so I didn’t.

@waiting_since Dec_2019 I’ve called them like 5-7 times, and not all the calls even went through. One rep said it’s a backload and it’s normal not to hear from them, just wait. Like, seriously, how much longer do you need me to put my life and plans on hold?
