Guys you will be shocked. I know someone who came from his home country with GC and NP without question nothing. He traveled for 3 weeks and came yesterday at Miami Airport International.
I’m not telling you this to convince you, I was just shocked and wanted to share it.

Newark NJ interview 10/3
Hi Lawfully family,
Its been almost 19 days since my mom had her interview (marriage based) in Newark, NJ. Her 485 shows actively reviewing and 130 stuck on interview scheduled. I looked the codes on API and the FTA1 is the last one showing on her account after interview. I wanted to ask a special prayer for my family, have not seen my brother in 23 years and God know what our hearts desire. God bless you and grant your approval all❤️❤️
RETURNED NOTICE
I got a Notification on Lawfully that USCIS tried to deliver a notice to my attorney but couldn’t (I do not know why) . now i have asked my attorney to request through the E-request option but he is just being to stubborn and has asked me to call USCIS. I filed around May 2023. what do you guys think this notice is about? Also who has the reliable USCIS number to call?
EB2 Consular Processing. Administrative processing since 10/10/2024
I had my visa interview on 10/10/2024 and I was denied visa under INA 212(a)(6)(C)(i). The reason was unlawful work while on F1 visa. However I contacted LegalNet and had overturned that decision. LegalNet advised that the US Consulate will contact me as to how to proceed with the case. Right now visa status is in administrative processing, it has been 4 month since then. I was banned to enter the US for lifetime then got it lifted through LegalNet since that ban was actually unjustified. But my case is still in administrative
processing.
I assume my situation is extremely rare if any but if anyone ever had any similar experience please share.
