hello everyone, my Son’s case became Documentarily Qualified, in NVC on December 02 of 2024 priority date is may 25 of 2023 you guys know how long is gonna take for interview in Guatemala embassy after becoming documentarily qualified. #appoiment #greencard

i-130 approved but i-485 RFE?

My 130 just got approved but 485 got its second RFE. It was just an easy one I was able to submit it the day I received. But has anyone seen this case? Do 130 usually get approved first?

interview was completed and my case must be reviewed

i have done my interview 4 months ago, the officer said my application is approvable but haven’t heard since then. i tried congressman, uscis agent, and info pass, nothing has worked. anything i can do to get insights on the hold up?

I’ve sent many inquires with my lawyer and the only response is Uscis is unable to respond at this time. they are dead silent there hasn’t been any updated on my case since 2023. what should I do? is anyone in my situation ?……

i485 RFE Medical VAWA

Please is anyone having similar issue, I got a request for rfe medical in OCT 11, 2024 for my i485. medical was sent and it was delivered on NOV 12, 2024 according to my usps tracking. I never got an acknowledgment from my Uscis case tracker till now, it only remains rfe was sent to me. I contacted my congressman around December and Uscis replied him with an email that an officer is actively reviewing my documents received and a security check is being conducted, and once everything is clear they’ll get back to me. the email also says we should give them 90 days before contacting them again. this was the only proof I got that they received my medical. in January I chatted with Emma but surprisingly the operator said they couldn’t verify if my medical was received niether was it assigned to an officer. I’ve been really confused after this update. i360 approved since June, 24 and i485 is being treated at Long Island NY field Office.

I am from Nepal. my grandparents did our petition in 2015 and we are still waiting. now my grandparents, they can’t work longer as they are getting old and we would like to fly to USA to look after them. el día de ayer aprobaron mi 1485, después del 15 de mayo que aprobaron mi i765 ya no volví a escuchar nada de ellos y de repente desde el miércoles me empezaron a mandar correos, el primer correo, al revisar en mi perfil era caso siendo activamente revisado en mi i130, después al día siguiente lo mismo, pero en el perfil de mi esposo apareció la 1130aprobada desde el miércoles y en mi perfil apareció aprobada ayer y ayer mismo me mandaron la aprobación de mi i485 sin cambiar a revisando activamente solo la aprobaron sin entrevista, y en mi tabla de progreso aparecía 23 meses por mi i130 y 12 meses para mi i485, lo la verdad ya había perdido las esperanzas pero pasó exactamente el día de mi primer aniversario, es un proceso muy duro, desgastante y hay personas que tienen mucho más tiempo esperando y de todo corazón les deseo pronta aprobación para todos, Dios los bendiga!!! no pierdan la esperanza

help I-485 says case closed but status says actively being reviewed

when I asked Emma they said the case is not closed in their side and it’s still pending. why does it show case closed? any one have an idea? I got no emails , nothing new in documents tab and nothing in my Uscis inbox. my i130 was approved already in April 2024. my i485 was denied by uscis error and it was reopened after filing i290b motion. then I responded to RFE for a new medical in June 2024. since then there is no update my spouse and petitioner recently became a us citizen in October 2024 and we have been trying to upgrade the application from F2A to IR category but didn’t receive any confirmation. we sent the naturalization certificate to the field office and I-130 approval notice in November 2024
