RETURNED NOTICE
I got a Notification on Lawfully that USCIS tried to deliver a notice to my attorney but couldn’t (I do not know why) . now i have asked my attorney to request through the E-request option but he is just being to stubborn and has asked me to call USCIS. I filed around May 2023. what do you guys think this notice is about? Also who has the reliable USCIS number to call?

Be proactive,don’t wait on your attorney.Call the 1-800 number and request to speak to a tier 2 officer,explain your situation and make sure you have all filing information handy before calling- your case number,A-number etc.

i also recieved same notification at lawfully. talked with law firm. they also surprised. because, my all notices went their address before without any problem. they told me they will submit request to uscis to inquire about return mail. i also called uscis. but, always automated voice. getting tensed. ☹️

@Mili Carrillo i called that number but failed to connect with a live agent. everytime call ended with automated voice. 🙁

say “info pass” to speak to an agent. I just called it. it works

Yes CS, I spoke to them and asked them to resend it, they said i should expect it in 30 days.
