Does age is really matter to uscis when you apply for you spouse? my husband is younger than me and he is in overseas !!! I am scared because of age, uscis doesn’t approve our case ? been waiting for 1 year to get approval…. anyone has same case as mine?

in July 21 I received RFE and I responded in August. uscis quickly acknowledged receiving the the response and sent me biometrics notice. In January 22 they sent me notice that they r waiting for my response to RFE that I already sent.. I am confused.

This is pretty crazy

Thank god i still have DACA, but this is so overwhelming, been on this road for quite some time. Not as much as a few ive seen here, but none the less its been a while. My best wishes to who ever is still awaiting for any response i do wish everyone the best. It is hard but most we can do is keep moving forward while we wait. Not sure why my I-360 havent gotten to a Decision at this point specially since they received my RFE response December 2020, but hope its soon, same as the I-485 im sure i gotta go through an Interview but without the I-360 decision things wont move forward.

hello , all pls I sent in my renewal for ead based on asylum , this is my third renewal and I had my interview may last year . After sending in my renewal I got two letters from uscis , one was for extension for 180days ,the second was a notification for online access creation .Please does this mean my case is been processed for approval or is just the normal routine .

Hello everyone, I applied for N400 on November 12 2020 and did my biometrics on March 24 2021. and nothing since that. in my account, they said received on December 19 2020. Is there anyone around that time did their interview or got scheduled? please share you Pd if you are in San Francisco.

My interview is in less than a week and I haven't done my medical yet, can I got to the interview and hope they send me an RFE later for medical? because I'm in the process of my medical already but labs taking long. I started medical too late. so should I still go to the interview? and will I be denied?

I have a question.i was inadimmissible at consul interview in my home country, I went with 1_30 aproved and i_601a provisional waiver approved the officer told me I was inadimmissible for (controlled substance) that I committed in 2003 for possession of marijuana under 20 grams... 18 years ago... now I'm filing the old i-601 are the chances to be approved already proved them the hardship on the waiver before... I have a wife and 2 kids us citizen...my myfe take pills for depression.. anxious and she is diabetic... I applied in July 16th 2021 and nothing yet

birth certificate issue for filling I 485 form for spouse under employment category (dependent on primary )

My spouse has got RFE from USCIS due to missing birth certificate from india after filling her I 485. Though she submitted a certificate she received from Indian embassy in the US, USCIS didn’t accept that letter. Now she got an affidavit (notarized) in india and also got a letter from local municipal corporation certifying her birth details based on affidavit as she was born at home and not any hospital or nursing home . Can she submit the municipal corp. provided letter (certifying her birth date) along with the notarized affidavit (from her mother) from India to USCIS in response to the RFE? Does she need additional affidavit from her uncle to make her case more genuine to USCIS ? will USCIS accept these documents? Pls suggest

Sep 2021 Marriage 485 Gets RFE, What this can be?

Received email on Thursday morning says USCIS sent me RFE but haven't got the mail yet. I believe my attorney submitted basically everything in the application including med exam. Just wondering what this RFE possibly can be? Married to US citizen back in May 2019 and got 130 approved in July 2021. 485 receipt indicates this case is with national benefit center

Does anyone know if it is correct to apply for AOS if we’ve been married for 10 years? My PD is June 22 and I still haven't received anything, (EAD /AP) I wonder if being married for so many years and not having made the adjustment before, can cause problems.
