AOS 10 years Married
Does anyone know if it is correct to apply for AOS if we’ve been married for 10 years? My PD is June 22 and I still haven't received anything, (EAD /AP) I wonder if being married for so many years and not having made the adjustment before, can cause problems.

@ Ma St you are in good hands then, there is nothing to worry about it. the longer you married is better. coz you will get 10 yrs green card instead of with condition green card. as long as you have evidence to show to the Uscis and your marriage is real . you are good 👍 . am not lawyer tho 😂

They should have just gone ahead to give you citizenship instead of a greencard! 10 years!
