I tried chatting with emma but it’s not helpful at all . it’s sending me back to the website even though I type: Request to expedite EAD processing . when that was not fruitful I typed : chat with live agent . yet it’s redirecting me back to the website. please does anyone know the steps to chat with emma that I will be connected to a live agent ?

I am in Florida now. Can I apply for driver’s license using my EAD card, which I need to send back to USCIS for name correction ?

In the employment section I put the only job I ever had in 8yrs. It’s my current and first job. I did forget to put that I started out from a temp agency for about 8months. Same work same building and everything. I will declare it during interview with the right timelines. Would this be a big deal?

I360 approved, I765 pending; I applied since May 2021, VSC. I485 transferred to different jurisdiction, frustrating is an understatement.

my husband dis is interview 12/22/21 at the kingston Jamaica🇯🇲 embassy he got a 221G form because he did not get a chance to do medical yet however his status stayed at ready instead of REFUSED he did his medical on 1/6/2022 and it got sent to the embassy for days later however the case still say ready his last update date changed the time since the interview the last update was 01/14/2022 is that a glitch? has anyone else gone through this?

Expedite request for healthcare workers?

Hey there! I’m a registered nurse waiting for my I-765 approval based on AOS. Applied in Oct/2021 and took Biometrics in Dec/2021. Covid cases are on the rise again and hospitals are in serious need of nurses. Does anyone know if I have a chance trying to expedite my EAD? And if it gets denied, does it harm my case in any way?
