my husband dis is interview 12/22/21 at the kingston Jamaica🇯🇲 embassy he got a 221G form because he did not get a chance to do medical yet however his status stayed at ready instead of REFUSED he did his medical on 1/6/2022 and it got sent to the embassy for days later however the case still say ready his last update date changed the time since the interview the last update was 01/14/2022 is that a glitch? has anyone else gone through this?

Don’t worry everything should be ok…… the update on 01/14/2022 could be updated because the embassy received the medical results from the hospital

sent two request for expedite the first one was denied and on 11/23/2021 they approved the request
Document Qualified 12/09/2021
Case in Transit to embassy on 12/13/2021
Got appointment letter for interview 12/16/2021
Interview was on 12/22/2021
Medical was on 01/06/2022

@lulu lexis I just sent the same thing but I add my doctor and surgeon number and add copies of my medications I take and it got approved

@LB call the embassy and tell them you missed the call and didn’t get a voicemail or email and they should call back

@lb I didn’t have to schedule my case was an expedite so I got a call from them and an email

@lb yes we missed the call too but they sent an email with the date and time and how to schedule the medical just keep calling it’s only one lady who answer the phone I’ll call this morning and get her

@lb sorry for the late response and I am happy that you got through best thing right now is to schedule medical since they are behind and just put on the medical form an interview date from like a week from now so when you go interview you will already have done medical and you won’t get the 221g form

@multi when your husband did the medical and bring 221g did they also return his passport to the embassy? what was the instructions on that’s part, and how long it took to get the passport back

no he returned the passport to the courier who then sent it to the embassy

ok I went to the interview the gave me 221g on it they said need w2,so I email it the same day 1 month now so am here still waiting to hear from them.

I did the medical January 26 and the interview February 6 so it takes like 11 days to get there
