@MC just an update. On lawfully no change so I decided to login my my uscis account and it said it’s actively reviewing again on March 12, 2022. I I decided to check my documents and I saw a approval notice. Not sure what’s going on . what about u?

@candy R hi! we got approved Monday finally 😊🙏 now waiting for the welcome letter from NVC! did you receive it yet? so happy we both got approved 😊

@MC congrats omg sooooo happy for u. yes I have received the welcome letter currently doing the Affidavit and Application for NVC… In the meantime ur waiting just give urself time to gather the money so once u get the notice that u can log on u can pay right away. Affidavits cost $120 usd and Application cost $325 usd. Amma keep u up to date so keep me posted as well. so happy for u !

I thought Cali was the worst so I was so disappointed when my case got transferred from Nebraska to there but they are working over there surprisingly 🙂.

@MC I did all the nvc requirements except the police record which I have applied for. It would take me 3 months to received it but I happened to know someone to give me a earlier date. My point is in the meantime try to start working on your police record because right now am stuck waiting until a month time.

@candy R so sorry it’s taking so long to get it! i already have it - it only takes a week for me to get it, super lucky about that. we paid all fees and will submit all doc this week. there’s a priority date in the online NVC case - top right did you see it? ours says June 26th. not sure what it means exactly! I hope you get your police clearance quick 🙏

@MC not sure what priority dates mean as well but mine says June 23. It’s says current , current which Idk what that is about. So happy u got it that fast. I will update u in a month time lol

@ candy R actually I just realized it’s the priority date of our initial 1-130 application (first receipt notice) fingers crossed this process will go fast and we get qualified without having to resubmit anything! I’ll keep you posted. ❤️

@MC I finally submitted everything to NVC. have u done so, and if yes are u still waiting?

@candy R great news! we submitted everything on April 14th. still waiting - apparently the wait to get documents qualified at NVC is between 70 & 85 days… so another waiting game. luckily the embassy where I’ll be interviewing has no backlog at all so once the NVC qualify the documents it should take two weeks to have the interview scheduled. fingers crossed!

@MC I saw they change the reviewing date. Did urs get reviewed yet? I heard they change every Tuesday. My date is April 28 and they are at April 21 rn so hopefully soon!

@candy R! Yes, we got document qualified (DQ) 9 days ago! Now I am waiting for the interview letter! The official processing time is very accurate, you will get most likely DQ next week :)

@MC thank u. I was doing some research and I saw ppl saying it can take nvc 1-3 months to schedule an interview. Not sure how accurate that is but we are very close! 😀
