Just sharing my timeline for those who may be on the same boat. I’m from Seattle and my spouse from Mexico. Case was assigned to Texas according to my receipt, but in an email response a few months later said my case is in Vermont.
I did receive a notice update in December that my case is being actively reviewed and there is nothing outstanding at this time.

Void wattermarks on my photocopies of Marrige Licence?
I have just submitted RFIE response online, then I noticed a VOID watermark on my scanned marriage certificate. Michigan and Vital Records are protecting their marrige certificates against scanning/copying. I have mailed a certified copy of the certificate today too. Do you think it will be a problem with the VOID? Has anyone had the same experience?

hello everyone, I filled my case in Atlanta GA but my interview was transferred to Alabama in April. did my interview in April 1 and my status changed to interview was completed and my case must be reviewed. I got a RFE to send more documents and Medical, which I sent to them in may… up till now I haven’t heard anything from them. called in November and I was told to give them 120 days to respond to me…. is anyone going through this aswell? pls let me know or give any suggestions on what to do

hy everyone I filled I-130 petition for my both parents on August 25 2021 the case is reviewed on December 13 2021 but I decided to withdrawal my mother case for some reasons but they withdrewed my father case instead of mother case so I need help guys for this situation please
