they have always said to be carefully filing expedites for financial losses. USCIS wants you to be financially capable to bring someone to the US - so you disclosing your losses may hinder that. that’s what I have heard from online lawyers

@Ashley Leroy! thanks for this. I agree but I came in as a student and paid tuition in full. I’m out of school and qualified for jobs but can’t get them because of work authorization. Do you have an idea of what you think could suffice for evidence in this case?
